Budaya Makan dalam Bahasa Jerman: Kajian Berbasis Literatur Tema “Essen Und Trinken”

Budaya makan merupakan cerminan identitas suatu masyarakat, termasuk masyarakat berbahasa Jerman. Namun, integrasi tema budaya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jerman di Indonesia masih belum mendapat perhatian yang memadai, khususnya pada tema Essen und Trinken. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana tema budaya makan dalam bahasa Jerman direpresentasikan dan diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jerman sebagai bahasa asing (Deutsch als Fremdsprache/DaF). Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian berbasis literatur (literature review) dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah, buku ajar DaF, dan dokumen kurikulum yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tema Essen und Trinken tidak hanya mencakup kosakata dan struktur gramatikal, tetapi juga mengandung dimensi budaya yang kaya, seperti kebiasaan makan, etiket di meja makan, serta makanan khas daerah berbahasa Jerman. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa pendekatan komunikatif-kultural dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan kompetensi interkultural peserta didik. Disimpulkan bahwa integrasi budaya makan secara eksplisit dalam pembelajaran DaF sangat relevan dan perlu diterapkan secara sistematis dalam pengajaran bahasa Jerman di Indonesia.
