AI-BASED DECISION MAKING DALAM MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM: MODEL PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN BERBASIS DATA

Abstract

This study aims to analyze AI-Based Decision Making in Islamic education management and formulate a data-driven decision-making model at MAN 2 Situbondo. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that data on students, educators and educational staff, learning activities, administration, and madrasah programs serve as important sources of information for decision-making. Digital technology provides a foundation for data management, although data integration and analysis still need to be strengthened. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has the potential to support data analysis and provide recommendations for educational leaders while considering data quality, human resource competence, information security, and ethical aspects. This study proposes an AI-Based Decision Making model consisting of data collection, validation, data integration, AI-assisted analysis, leadership interpretation, recommendation, decision-making and implementation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The model positions AI as a supporting tool, while final decisions remain the responsibility of madrasah leaders through a human-in-the-loop approach.
